GOOD FOOD FOR THE BODY.
First, About kimchi.
Let me introduce good food for the body(about
kimchi).
First, about Kimchi. ( kimchee or gimchi)
Kimchi is Korean side dish made of
vegetable with a variety of seaseonings.
Kimchi is my favorite food.
Because, it is good for the health and
skin.
Kimchi has often eaten in korea.
Thererore,A lot of Korean people have very
very beautiful skin.
White and moistened skin. They are look
just like baby.(They have baby skin)
The vegetables used
in kimchi also contribute to its overall nutritional value. Kimchi is rich in
vitamin A, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), calcium, and
iron and contains a number of lactic acid
bacteria, among those the typical species Lactobacillus
kimchii. Health
magazine named kimchi in its list of top five "World's Healthiest
Foods" for being rich in vitamins, aiding digestion, and even possibly

[MY RECOMMEND THAT USES KIMCHI]
1, cheese Kimchi buchimgae (부침개)Japanese say
“chijimi”
2, kimchi fried rice.
It is easy make
and tastes delicious.
Please, try it
when you have time.
3, Gimchi jjigae
(김치찌개)
4, chilbun gimchi jjigae(칠분김치찌개) of saema-eul sigdang.
↑It is cheap and good. If you go to South Korea,
By all means, everyone please try and go.

Walk straight
