Stress is not health and heart for you.
I think that I must not build up stress and
it’s necessary to avoid stress.
I tell you that how I relieve stress!!
1, yoga and meditation .
I do yoga and meditation for Two times a
week.
Why I do yoga and meditation.
Because, an ancient system of practices
used to balance the mind and body through yoga and meditation and control of
breathing and emotions.
I can look at my self and an acceptance of my self as you are, warts and all.
I do this pose while meditation.
I think meditation offers an opportunity
for self- discovery.
I meditation that I have a positive
attitude.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains
the mind or induces a mode of
consciousness, either to realize some benefit[1] or as an end in itself.

I running for about 5km.
