{INGREDIENTS}
  2 sambazon smoothie packs
  1/2 banana
  1/2 mango
  1C strawberries/ blueberries/ raspberrries
  1C coconut water

{TOPPINGS}
  1/2 banana, sliced
  1/2 C berries of your choice
  dark chocolate covered blueberries
  dried coconut

{INSTRUCTIONS}
1, Blend ingredients until smooth
2,Top with toppings

{SMOOTHIE RECIPE}* Using sambazon

[INGREDIENTS]
·       1 packet unsweetened acai puree
·       1.5 cups frozen blueberries
·       2/3 cup fresh blueberries
·       1/2 cup coconut water
·       2.5 frozen bananas
·       1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
·       1-to-2 cups fresh strawberries

[INSTRUCTIONS]

1.    Take bananas out of freezer and let thaw for about 30 minutes. Then place them in a high speed blender with a dash of vanilla and blend.  It should be very thick, ice cream like.  Use a spatula to dish the mixture out of the blender and set aside in a bowl.
2.    Now blend the acai puree, frozen blueberries, and coconut water. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of a large1 litre glass jar or cup.
3.    Layer fresh blueberries on top of the smoothie  mix.
4.    Layer 1/2 of the banana mixture on top of the blueberries.  Place the rest of the banana mixture back in the blender with the remaining 1/4 acai-blueberry-coconut water mix.  Add 1 cup fresh strawberries and blend.  Pour this mixture on next.
5.    Slice or chop up the remaining strawberries to top it off!

KOREAN SHAMPOO

Let me explain about “RO” shampoo.

But Korean say “ryo shampoo”

 “RO Shampoo” is Out of a lot of shampoo I like this one the best.
I have been using this shampoo that my hair changing.
I got very stressed from my hair. But I don’t get feel stressed .
There are four kind of RO shampoo.
My kind of using shampoo is red.

It is famous in japan among interested beauty of Korea.

3, green shampoo that "A dry feeling of the scalp is anxious", "Itchy and detailed dandruff by dryness are anxious", and "After it washes, feeling that there is enriching on the scalp likes it" The scalp caring.




4Purple shampoo that "Itchy and dandruff with the sebum are anxious", and "After it washes, feeling with a refreshing scalp likes it" The scalp caring.

STRESS FREE♪

HELLO.EVERYONE♡

Stress is not health and heart for you.
I think that I must not build up stress and it’s necessary to avoid stress.

I tell you that how I relieve stress!!

1, yoga and meditation .
I do yoga and meditation for Two times a week.

Why I do yoga and meditation.
Because, an ancient system of practices used to balance the mind and body through yoga and meditation and control of breathing and emotions.
I can look at my self and an acceptance of my self as you are, warts and all.


I do this pose while meditation.
I think meditation offers an opportunity for self- discovery.
I meditation that I have a positive attitude.

Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit[1] or as an end in itself.

Let me introduce yoga pose.

2, Running.
I running for about 5km.
I free fine mind and body.
My recommend that run even alone and run in nature.
Because, I free fine mind and body. And I can look at my self and an acceptance of my self as you are, warts and all.
I have started running, I’ve got a plenty of breathing room.
